Step 1. Launch PDF Annotator for Mac
Run PDF Annotator for Mac, and you'll find Annotate under Tools menu. Here it lists the major PDF annotation tools.

Step 2. To Add Annotate, Markup, Shapes to PDF Documents

1> To Markup Text, choose Select Tool (black arrow-like button in the Toolbar), select text you want to mark, and click Tools->Annotate, and choose one in the top three options (Highlight, Underline, Strikethrough) according to your needs.
